- Banner cannot contain interface elements misleading users.
- All formats banners with white background must have stroke.
- Advertising material violating the rights of the applicable RF law and public morality cannot be published.
- The advertising containing the information that includes calls for violence, race, national, sexual, religious discrimination, information, containing strong language or any derivatives thereof or any other information in breach of the RF law cannot be published.
- The advertising containing the information infringing any third party's copyrights cannot be placed.
